1. Extract the contents of the .ZIP file into a directory on your hard drive.
2. Run SETUP.EXE from that directory.
3. Answer the question(s) asked by ActiveSync to complete the installation.
4. You can delete the directory from your hard drive once installation is complete.

If you attempt to run SETUP.EXE while it is still in the .ZIP file, installation will fail.

WinZIP (available at http://www.winzip.com) automates the process of creating the directory, extracting the contents, running SETUP.EXE and removing the directory, all through a single "Install" button on the WinZIP toolbar.

If for some reason you are unable to install the application onto your device using ActiveSync, you can install it manually by following the steps in the Manual Installation Tutorial.
